Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) | Government Frontline Sales

• Drive Government and Institutional Sales for diagnostic instruments and reagents across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Government authorities, hospitals, diagnostic centres, doctors, purchase teams and biomedical departments .
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure complete territory coverage.
• Handle Government tenders, GeM portal activities, BOQ, RFPs, technical compliance and bid documentation .
• Coordinate with internal teams for tender submission, product specifications, pricing and commercial requirements.
• Promote and build the Transasia Bio-Medicals brand within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for instruments and reagents .
• Generate new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Manage order execution, follow-ups and outstanding payment collections .
• Conduct regular customer visits and ensure continuous engagement with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Biomedical, Purchase, OT, ICU and other hospital departments wherever applicable.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and business opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data and pipeline updates through MS Office / ERP systems .

🎓 Qualification

• Graduate in Biomedical / Life Sciences / Science / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Medical Electronics or related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant healthcare/diagnostic sales experience will be preferred.
