Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail and project sales for tiles and building material products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and strengthen the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
- Generate business through architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Manage key project accounts from enquiry to order closure.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Paints, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Laminates, or related products .
- Strong experience in both Retail and Project Sales .
- Good network with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors in the Ranchi market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
