Job Description – Sales Officer / Sr. Sales Officer
(Paints Division)

Experience Required: 2 – 6 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory
• Manage primary and secondary sales operations
• Develop and maintain a strong distribution network
• Expand and manage dealer and contractor network
• Recruit, train, and motivate contractors and channel partners
• Prepare and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans aligned with business goals
• Ensure timely collection of receivables
• Provide ongoing support and service to channel partners
• Coordinate with depots and C&F; agents for smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery
