Job Title: Manager – Talent Acquisition (TA)
Role Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving the organization’s hiring strategy by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, optimizing ATS usage, strengthening vendor partnerships, and leading campus hiring initiatives. The role requires a balance of operational excellence and strategic thinking to attract and retain high-quality talent across manufacturing and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requisition understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Manage hiring for corporate, manufacturing, engineering, and niche roles
- Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT and budget
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
2. ATS Management & Recruitment Analytics
- Drive effective utilization of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure process compliance
- Generate and analyze reports on TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Continuously improve recruitment processes through data-driven insights
3. Vendor / Consultancy Management
- Manage and build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants
- Negotiate commercials, monitor performance, and ensure ROI from vendors
- Allocate requirements based on specialization and track closures
- Ensure quality CV flow aligned with job requirements
4. Campus Hiring & Employer Branding
- Design and execute campus hiring strategy (MBA HR and other streams)
- Build partnerships with top B-Schools and institutes
- Represent the organization in campus engagements, career fairs, and branding activities
- Strengthen employer branding through candidate experience and communication
5. Stakeholder Management & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with business leaders for manpower planning and forecasting
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends
6. Process Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and processes
- Improve candidate experience and reduce drop-off ratios
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in TA processes
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory)
- Experience: 6–10 years in Talent Acquisition
- Strong exposure to manufacturing and corporate hiring
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Proven track record in vendor/consultancy management
- Experience in campus hiring (MBA institutes preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
