Location: Ghansoli, Mahape (Navi Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in hiring for sales roles.
• Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
