Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technology background
to oversee and manage technology-driven initiatives across the
organization. The role involves project planning and execution, vendor
management, ERP/CRM implementation, technology documentation, compliance,
and process improvement. The ideal candidate should be capable of
coordinating between business and technical teams to ensure successful
project delivery within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor technology and business projects from
initiation to completion.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure
timely project delivery.

Manage ERP, CRM, and other business application implementation and
enhancement projects.

Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and
technology documentation.

Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation
strategies.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards,
and technology governance requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and
translate them into actionable project plans.

Monitor vendor performance, contracts, deliverables, and service
quality.

Facilitate project review meetings and provide regular updates to
management.

Support process automation and digital transformation initiatives across
departments.

Maintain project documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and technical
records.
Required Skills

Strong Project Management skills.

Experience in Vendor Management and stakeholder coordination.

Knowledge of ERP and CRM implementation projects.

Experience in Technology Documentation and process documentation.

Understanding of Compliance, Information Security, and Governance
practices.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and
reporting.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.

Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) will be
an added advantage.

Experience in publishing, education, or content-driven organizations is
preferred but not mandatory.
