Role Overview

We are hiring experienced German Language Trainers to deliver structured A1–B2 German language training for nursing candidates preparing for international career opportunities. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions, assessments, examination preparation, and learner progress tracking while ensuring high B1/B2 certification success rates.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Deliver minimum 4 hours of on-site German language instruction daily
• Conduct A1, A2, B1, and B2 level training following structured session plans
• Use immersive teaching methods including speaking practice, listening drills, role-plays, and workplace simulations
• Integrate nursing and healthcare-related German vocabulary into sessions
• Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, and learner engagement

Assessments & Reporting

• Conduct weekly assessments and track learner progress
• Submit reports to operations and training teams on time
• Identify struggling candidates and provide remedial support
• Conduct Goethe/TELC mock examinations under exam conditions
• Ensure timely completion of level-gate assessments

Examination Preparation

• Prepare candidates for Goethe-Institut or TELC B1/B2 certification
• Support learners with personalized improvement plans
• Drive batch-level certification success and examination readiness

Candidate Support

• Manage batch communication groups for assignments and updates
• Conduct regular one-on-one learner check-ins
• Coordinate with operations teams regarding attendance or welfare concerns

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

• German language proficiency at C1 level minimum
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching German to adult learners
• Strong understanding of CEFR framework and Goethe/TELC exam standards
• Excellent spoken German and English communication skills
• Willingness to work full-time on-site

Preferred Skills

• Experience training healthcare or nursing professionals
• Exposure to Goethe/TELC examination preparation
• Knowledge of healthcare German terminology
• Familiarity with attendance systems or LMS/MIS tools
