Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Procurement
-
Source and procure electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and
related materials.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure uninterrupted
supply.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
-
Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies to optimize procurement costs.
Vendor Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
-
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and supply agreements.
-
Monitor supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost
parameters.
Supply Chain Management
-
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules.
-
Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Planning teams.
-
Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages and excess
inventory.
Cost Optimization
-
Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and alternate
vendor development.
-
Analyze market trends and pricing movements for electronic and electrical
components.
Compliance & Documentation
-
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry
standards.
-
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
-
Support regulatory compliance requirements applicable to the IVD and
healthcare industry.
Required Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components procurement.
-
Understanding of the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry and medical
device supply chain.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
-
Strong analytical and cost-management abilities.
-
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement reporting.
-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
-
Experience in sourcing PCBs, sensors, electronic assemblies, electrical
components, cables, connectors, power supplies, and related materials.

Familiarity with ISO 13485, medical device quality systems, and regulatory
requirements.

Experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
