Job Summary

The company is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive Retail Sales and Project Sales business for Construction Chemical Products and Building Materials across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for business development, channel management, project handling, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

·         Drive sales growth across Retail and Project segments in Maharashtra

·         Develop and manage dealer, distributor, applicator, and channel partner network

·         Handle project sales through builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and infrastructure clients

·         Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration

·         Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

·         Manage key customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

·         Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy execution

·         Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, collections, and customer support

·         Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence updates

·         Lead branch operations and territory development activities

Candidate Profile

·         12 to 20 years of experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials industry

·         Strong exposure in Retail Sales and Project Sales

·         Experience in handling Maharashtra market is mandatory

·         Good understanding of dealer network and project business

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

·         Result-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious professional
