Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer (10+ years experience) with deep expertise in F5 technologies to strengthen application security and safeguard mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot complex environments using F5 BIG-IP LTM, GTM, ASM, and APM .

• Implement, operate, and optimize Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and API security solutions to defend against OWASP Top 10 and emerging threats.

• Enforce application-level encryption, secure coding practices, and key management controls.

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate security into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

• Conduct threat modelling, penetration testing, and code reviews to proactively identify vulnerabilities.

• Deploy and manage application-layer DDoS protection, bot management, and API rate-limiting strategies.

• Establish secure authentication, authorization, and session management policies for web and mobile applications.

• Align security initiatives with compliance standards (PCI DSS, DESC) and organizational risk objectives.

Skills & Expertise

• F5 product suite (BIG-IP LTM, GTM, ASM, APM)

• Web & API security (WAF, OWASP Top 10)

• Application architecture & security assessment

• Encryption, secure coding, and key management

• Threat modelling & penetration testing
