✅ Performance Management System (PMS)
✅ Employee Welfare & Engagement Initiatives
✅ Government Liaison & Factory Compliance

Desired Profile:

✔ 10+ years of Plant HR / Industrial Relations experience
✔ Strong exposure to unionized manufacturing environments
✔ Hands-on experience in labor laws, Factory Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, Bonus & Gratuity compliance
✔ Experience handling disciplinary matters and dispute resolution
✔ MSW / MHRM / MBA (HR) mandatory
✔ LLB (Labour Laws) preferred
