Product Design Assistant Manager / Manager

📍 Location: Khaniwade Plant, Vasai-Virar (Mumbai)

We are looking for a hands-on Product Design professional to lead creative development across diverse physical product categories. This role is ideal for experienced designers who can bridge creativity with manufacturing feasibility and supplier management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive design & innovation across Fashion, Gems & Jewellery, Textiles, FMCG & Beauty packaging, Art & Toys, Stationery
• Oversee material & supplier sourcing, ensuring cost efficiency and production feasibility
• Ensure product stewardship for compliance, sustainability, and ecotoxicology standards
• Collaborate with plant teams to align design with manufacturing processes
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders

🔹 Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–15 years in physical product design and development
• Skills: Creativity, product cost analysis, supplier/vendor management, compliance awareness
• Languages: English, Hindi (Gujarati & Marathi preferred but not mandatory)
• Gender: Female preferred / Male candidates also considered

🔹 Digital Design Advantage

While the role is primarily physical product-focused, expertise in CAD, 3D prototyping, CLO 3D, Adobe Creative Suite is highly valued for:

• Rapid prototyping & visualization
• Enhancing communication of design concepts
• Supporting sustainability by reducing sampling waste

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive CTC: ₹10–15 Lakhs
• Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
