Job Description: Senior Analyst - Technology Resilience

B: Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide a technology resilience management SME service, covering:

Design, planning, document and implement of various activities of the Technology Resilience Program, including business impact analysis, threat assessment, current state assessments, plan and runbook development, trainings, testings etc., as required by the Technology Resilience Program. Manage timely and quality delivery of the technology resilience annual roadmap in line with the objectives of the Technology Resilience Program. Able to take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and execution of assigned tasks.

D: Minimum Qualifications / Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Specialisation:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Technology (or) appropriate field

Professional/Regulatory/Certification Requirements:

ISO 22301 certified
Disaster Recovery certified

Overall Experience (Years):

7-10 Years

Relevant Experience (Years):

5-7 Years

Industry Experience:

Aviation Industry & Project Management experience preferred

Core Activities Experience:

Experience in disaster recovery, ISO 22301 Implementations, NCEMA Standard implementation

Business Impact & Threat Assessments	20%
Responsible for defining Technology Business Impact Analysis for CLIENT in conjunction with business and technology owners. Responsible for continuously improve maturity of Technology Business Impact Analysis by extending scope to stakeholders across the airport and ensuring alignment of Technology Business Impact Analysis to Corporate Business Impact Analysis.
Responsible for development of Technology Threat & Control Landscape along with Technology Risk team to evaluate top technology threats to CLIENT and build recovery preparedness in the event of these threat materializing.
Testing & Exercising	20%
Responsible for development of Annual Training & Testing Calendar.
Responsible for facilitation and coordination of Technology Resilience Exercises at CLIENT.
Responsible for facilitation and coordination of planned Technology Resilience Tests at CLIENT
Responsible for training system owners on how to effectively plan & execute resilience tests for their applications / systems
Runbook & Plan Development	20%
Responsible for development and maintenance of Technology Disruption Management Plan including communication, coordination, escalation, and recovery strategy for top technology threats. Ensure alignment to Corporate Incident Response Structure.

Responsible for facilitating development of Runbooks for applications / systems
Resilience Strategy & Capability Assessment	20%
Responsible for conducting Technology Resilience Capability Assessment for applications / systems to identify gaps between recovery requirements and the existing recovery capabilities.
Responsible for adopting the Technology Resilience Factor Framework to measure technology resilience capabilities from a people, process & technology perspective.
Responsible for supporting in adhoc Technology Resilience requests
Work with the Technology Risk team to document resilience risks in technology risk registers based on gaps identified
Programme & Stakeholder Management	20%
Facilitate Quarterly Special Working Group meeting with the Technology Resilience Special Working Group
Ensure Annual Program milestones are continuously tracked, monitored, and achieved through Project Plans
Prepare management presentations for Business Technology, Senior Management and Top Management as applicable.
Ensure SharePoint site and Tableau Dashboard are kept up to date based on annual program activities.
