Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience in closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid, and senior-level positions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and vendors

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

• Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR operations

• Adhere to recruitment timelines and quality hiring standards

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Strong knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

• Good understanding of recruitment metrics & hiring processes

Preferred Industry:

• Corporate / Consulting / Manufacturing / Sales / IT / Non-IT Recruitment
