Manager – Organisation Development, L&D & PMS
Location:

Role Purpose
The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the organisation’s Performance Management System (PMS) , Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, and Organisation Development (OD) interventions to enable business performance, leadership capability, and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management System (PMS)
· Design, manage, and continuously improve the end-to-end PMS cycle (goal setting, reviews, calibration, ratings).
· Drive performance conversations, feedback culture, and manager capability.
· Partner with HRBP and leadership to align PMS with business goals.
· Analyze PMS data and provide insights for talent decisions.
Learning & Development (L&D)
· Conduct training needs analysis across levels and functions.
· Design and roll out learning frameworks, leadership development programs, and capability-building initiatives.
· Manage internal and external training partners, vendors, and facilitators.
· Measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
Organisation Development (OD)
· Lead OD interventions including culture initiatives, employee engagement, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
· Support organization design, role clarity, and competency frameworks.
· Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.
· Partner with business leaders on transformation and change programs.
Stakeholder Management
· Work closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and functional heads.
· Act as a trusted advisor on performance, capability, and culture topics.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong expertise in PMS, OD, and L&D
· Experience in performance frameworks, competency mapping, and leadership development
· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
· Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage change and influence across levels
Qualification
· MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
· Certifications in OD / L&D / Coaching (preferred)
