Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller)

Role Overview

This role involves handling leads generated through digital and marketing activities. The candidate will connect with customers, follow up, and help convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

·          Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital leads

·          Follow up with interested customers

·          Understand customer requirements and qualify leads

·          Update and maintain CRM data

·          Coordinate with sales team for conversions

·          Maintain call records and reports

·          Achieve daily and weekly targets

Key Performance Indicators

100–200 calls per day

Regular follow-ups and data entry

Qualification

Graduate (Any field)

Experience Required

1–2 years in telesales / call center / inside sales

Skills Required

·          Good communication (English & Hindi)

·          Basic MS Excel knowledge

·          CRM tools knowledge

·          Strong listening and convincing skills

·          Target-oriented mindset
