Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization in hiring the right talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sourcing and screening expertise
- Coordination and stakeholder management
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
