Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for masterbatches and plastic products.

Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients in the plastics industry.

Coordinate with sales and technical teams for product positioning and market penetration.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends.

Lead branding, product promotion, and marketing campaigns.

Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business strategy.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Mandatory experience in masterbatches / plastics industry.

Strong understanding of plastic raw materials, applications, and market dynamics.

Proven track record in B2B marketing and business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
