Senior Manager – Marketing (Plastics)

Role Summary:
Responsible for driving marketing strategy and business growth
for plastic color masterbatches and pigment solutions, with a
focus on B2B customers across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for plastics segment
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with sales, R&D, and production teams
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy
- Support product launches and customer trials
Requirements:
- 8–15 years experience in plastics / masterbatch / polymer industry
- Strong B2B marketing and key account management skills
- Technical understanding of pigments, polymers, and applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
