Zonal - Mahrashtra and Goa

Business size: 250++300 CR (will manage 4 branches - Bom/ Pune/ Nashik/Nagpur)

Key Focus : 

Driving primary and secondary sales, dealer network expansion, and brand strengthening for Plywood and allied products (e.g., Blockboards, Veneers). 

• The Zonal Manager will be responsible for entire P&L , managing and growing business across multiple branches in the assigned zone. This includes leading Branch Managers, strengthening dealer/distributor networks, building relationships with architects & contractors, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue & market share.
• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability targets for plywood and allied products across the zone. Expand dealer/distributor base and strengthen channel partnerships.
• Lead and mentor Branch Managers and their respective sales teams.
• Set clear performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability.
• Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and institutional buyers.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective brand visibility and product promotion.
• Support branches in handling large customer negotiations and project-based sales
