Key Account Executive

Location: Himmatnagar/Ahmedabad

Industry: OEM – Furniture Manufacturing   

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in OEM (Furniture Sector Preferred)
Qualification: BSC- Chemistry, Paint Technology, Engineering (Graduation is must)

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background from the furniture industry preferably from wood coatings. Currently the candidate should be directly/indirectly involved with the furniture industry; Abrasives, Jeevan jor etc. Experience of OEM handling for minimum 3 years is must. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer engagement, technical support, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise in wood coating processes using spray guns for furniture applications
• Maintain regular follow-ups with Paint Booth Teams and Purchase Departments at OEM factories
• Build and nurture relationships within the furniture industry to generate new business leads
• Coordinate effectively between clients and distributors to ensure smooth operations
• Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Understand and address client requirements with tailored coating solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an OEM setup, preferably in the furniture manufacturing sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and distributor coordination
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Familiarity with various wood finishes (PU, melamine, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Attributes

• Technical diploma or certification in surface finishing or industrial coatings
• Experience in sales or client servicing roles within the furniture or coatings industry
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented personality
