About the role
Role: Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Mumbai
- Lead end-to-end hiring for BigBasket across all kinds of roles
- Drive bulk hiring for warehouse/last-mile along with lateral hiring
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and closures within TAT
- Manage sourcing channels – portals, vendors, referrals
- Lead and mentor TA team; track hiring metrics (TAT, cost, quality)
- Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding
Requirement:
- 6–10 years TA experience with team handling
- Strong exposure to bulk + volume hiring (e-commerce/retail/logistics preferred)
- Good stakeholder management & communication skills
