What You'll Do

Own the product roadmap for website & app — catalogue discovery, Product
detail page experience, cart & checkout.
-
Drive own website traffic and conversion at marketplaces,
repeat-purchase metrics, through focussed promotional campaigns.
-
Partner with catalogue and manufacturing teams to check product
feasibility analysis. Create Market fit products based on detailed
consumer understanding.
-
Create Go to Market Plans with complete Product, Pricing and Promotional
Strategy. Scaling 1 to 10x.
-
Own post-purchase experience: order tracking, white-glove delivery
scheduling, assembly service booking, and returns/replacements.
-
Collaborate with marketing on social media / digital campaigns. Create
Performance Metrics to drive campaign efficiency.
Channel Management
-
Own the channel strategy across owned D2C (web/app), Experience centres,
franchise/dealer-operated stores, and third-party marketplaces (Amazon,
Flipkart, etc.).
-
Define and enforce pricing, promotion, and MRP parity rules across
various marketplaces.
-
Understand the consumer / channel preference for offline channel and
create complete product lines involving multiple bedroom and living room
ranges.
-
Ensure a separate portfolio for online and Offline channel to avoid
price conflicts.
-
Run periodic channel reviews with business head and sales team to
understand product performance / market needs.
-
Active engagement with Finance team to understand cost levels for all
individual products and devise strategies to ensure desired
profitability.
