Sr Sales Executive-Project Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet project sales targets and drive business growth.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and builders to promote plywood products.
• Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities and understand competitor offerings.
• Prepare and present product proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of plywood products for projects.
• Monitor project progress and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the construction or plywood industry.
• Strong understanding of plywood products and applications in various construction projects.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Architects, contractors and developers on large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards relevant to plywood products/Laminates/Any building Materials.
• Established network within the construction industry.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining relationships.
• Sales training certifications or ongoing professional development in sales methodologies.
