Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Job Summary:
The Purchase & Store Executive is responsible for purchasing materials, managing inventory, maintaining stock records, and ensuring the timely availability of food, beverage, housekeeping, and operational supplies required for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase food, beverages, and other operational supplies as per requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates.
Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
Issue materials to various departments against approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payments.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma in Hotel Management or Material Management preferred.

Experience:

1–5 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Stores, or Inventory Management.
Hospitality industry experience preferred.
