Role Title: -Assistant Manager- CIvil

Location: - Hoshiarpur, Punjab

Job Responsibilities-

➢ Liaise with Project manager, site supervisor, Contractors, & Stakeholders to plan

& schedule construction methodology

➢ Research necessary By-laws, building permits, submit plan & applications on time;

follow-up review process to ascertain & receive approval

➢ Site Plan & Landscaping, Surveying as per local rules & regulations

➢ Final Site layout & Approval for CTS & CTE for stakeholders

➢ Detailing for Preliminary Drawing, Design & GFC with tender docs & BOQ

➢ Site Construction management for Planning, execution & Material with Quality &

Safety

➢ Reviewing of Design Documents & Drawing for concerned projects.

➢ Source & solicit suppliers and sub-contractors for bid proposals & rate analysis

➢ Review DPR & Audit Points to ensure Timely completion with Quality

➢ Budget forecasting for Annual Plant maintenance works

➢ Developing Skills within team

➢ Awareness about 5’S & Site safety management
