Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations that incorporate hands-on learning and role-playing to foster practical skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and employee feedback, making improvements as necessary to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop initiatives that promote professional development within the retail teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive practices to ensure training content remains relevant and engaging.
• Assist in onboarding new employees by providing initial training and ongoing support to help them integrate into the company culture.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training or sales within the Gems & Jewelry industry.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in developing training materials and delivering impactful training sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and team building.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and remote team engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of gemstones, jewelry design, and trends in the jewelry market.
• Previous retail sales experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Ability to speak multiple languages, providing an advantage in diverse retail environments.
