Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing business. The role will focus on plant, technical, engineering, corporate and leadership hiring , while leading a team and driving a strong Employer/Employee Branding agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, plant, engineering, sales and corporate functions.
• Drive bulk, niche and leadership hiring as per business requirements.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality closures.
• Build strong talent pipelines and industry networks , particularly within the manufacturing sector.
• Partner with business/functional heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
• Drive Employer Branding and Employee Branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent attraction and engagement.
• Leverage digital platforms, social media, recruitment technology, ATS and analytics to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Manage recruitment agencies, consultants, job portals and other sourcing channels.
• Track TAT, quality of hire, cost of hiring and team productivity through recruitment dashboards and analytics.
• Be open to travel to manufacturing plants/business locations as required.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment , preferably from a manufacturing/industrial organization .
• Strong experience in plant, technical, engineering and leadership hiring .
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management .
• Tech-savvy professional with strong understanding of digital recruitment tools, ATS, social hiring and recruitment analytics.
• Experience in Employer Branding/Employee Branding will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and people-management skills.
• Willingness to travel across plant/business locations .
