Position: Deputy Manager – HR (ER & IR)
Industry: Quick Commerce / Retail

Key Requirements:

Experience in Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement

Managing labour contractors, unions (if applicable), and labour authorities

Experience with blue-collar workforce in retail / warehouse / dark store setup

Experience: 5–10 years (relevant)
Qualification: MBA / MSW – HR
