About the role
Key Job Responsibilities
Business & Sales Finance: Partner with sales and operations to drive profitability, manage sales forecasting, and analyze revenue/margin drivers. Provide financial guidance for pricing strategies.
Accounting & Compliance: Oversee daily accounting, ledger scrutiny, and timely closing of books (monthly/quarterly/yearly). Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF) and manage tax audits.
Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
Treasury & Working Capital: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and manage accounts receivable/collections to maintain healthy working capital.
Controls & Reporting: Maintain strong internal control environments, manage inventory, and prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
