Manager-IT

Role Overview
We are a fast-growing furniture fittings hardware start-up looking for a Tech & IT Lead to own and manage our entire technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for setting up, coordinating, and maintaining all digital and IT infrastructure that supports sales, operations, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Own end-to-end IT and tech infrastructure for the company
    •    Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for:
    •    Company website development and maintenance
    •    SAP implementation and integration
    •    CRM setup, customization, and adoption
    •    Loyalty app development for dealers and partners
    •    Act as the internal point of contact between business teams and tech vendors
    •    Manage day-to-day IT operations including hardware, networks, systems, and user access
    •    Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across offices, warehouses, and sales teams
    •    Ensure data security, backups, system uptime, and scalability as the business grows
    •    Support digital transformation initiatives across sales, supply chain, and finance

Skills & Requirements
    •    Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP (SAP), CRM systems, and web technologies
    •    Experience managing vendors and third-party technology partners
    •    Hands-on approach to IT hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
    •    Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
    •    Prior experience in manufacturing, hardware, or B2B distribution is a plus
    •    Startup mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch
