Role Title: - Junior Research Associate
Location: - P eenya, Bengaluru
Experience:0-6yrs

Qualification:  M.Sc. in Food Sciences or any Science stream / B.E. or B.Tech in relevant Science disciplines

Principal Accountabilities:-

·         Execute designed experiments independently/under supervision.

·         Analyse, report and record data.

·         Understand current food products and formulations and prepare food samples/prototypes/specimens at lab scale.

·         Perform product characterization analyses physico-chemical, nutritional parameters.

·         Execute sensory & stability studies.

·         Perform cell based and non cell based assays.

·         Maintain traceability and organisation of experimental records.

·         Adhere to good lab and documentation practices.

Key Skills:-

Functional:

Must to know:

·         Basic understanding of biochemistry and food science, common laboratory techniques and assays.

·         Wet lab research (such as reagent preparation, biochemical assays, basic product formulation techniques).

·         Familiarity with lab equipments such as pH meter, weighing balance, spectrophotometer, bulk density, moisture, centrifuge etc).

·         Data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting (experience in using at least Excel, Powerpoint/Canva etc)

Desirable:

·         Statistical analysis, AI LLM tools

Behavioural:

·         Scientific curiosity and willingness to learn through experimentation.

·         Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

·         Good communications skills.

Willingness to support cross functional and team activities.
