Manager – Financial Management & Compliance

Assist the Regional Head in managing all finance-related responsibilities for the region, including accounting, budgeting, project costing, pricing, MIS reporting, statutory compliances, tax filings, and audit management.
Ensure accurate Financial Accounting & Reporting (FAR) compliance on a quarterly basis in coordination with Admin, Security, and IT teams, and submit confirmations to the Regional Finance Controller (RFC).
Maintain reconciliation and control of Embassy accounts and provide monthly confirmations to the RFC.
Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory requirements, internal reporting standards, Kuoni Code of Conduct, Finance SOPs, and VFS Global policies.
Coordinate and fulfill internal audit requirements and ensure closure of audit observations within 7 working days.
Ensure monthly FAR compliance and submit the compliance certificate by the 7th of every succeeding month.
Conduct regular operational and financial visits, including surprise audits, across Visa Application Centres (VACs), ensuring a minimum of two visits per VAC annually.

Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and project budgets for the region.
Generate and analyze MIS reports, including monthly profitability analysis against approved budgets, and review financial books periodically.
Manage and track business updates for South Asia, including additional revenue opportunities and cost-saving initiatives, and submit reports to the RFC by the 10th of each month.
Prepare projected cash flow statements and identify initiatives for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Support and implement strategic and special finance projects such as ISO certification, SAP implementation, and process automation initiatives.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, compliance, taxation, and audits.
Proficiency in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of ERP systems such as SAP.
High attention to detail with strong governance and compliance orientation.
Ability to manage multiple regional finance activities within tight timelines.
