Key Account Executive (Horeca Sales)

About the Role

Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) is looking for high-energy, entrepreneurial professionals to build and scale the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers & Institutions) channel.

This is a unique opportunity to set up a business from the ground up, drive market expansion, and play a key role in RCPL’s growth journey across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the HoReCa channel in the assigned territory.
• Identify, onboard, and manage hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional clients.
• Drive sales volume and revenue growth.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure efficient supply chain management and product availability.
• Identify market opportunities and execute expansion strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in FMCG / HoReCa / B2B sales.
• Strong network in hotels/restaurants/institutions (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
