Key Responsibilities

End to end coordination for Imports with CHA , Procuments , Project, Finance , Accounts, IDT
 CHA paymenst & advances
 Regular MIS for seniormanagement for Imports arrival
 Payments coordination
Insurance claims support for Imported shipments
 Support for Imports documentation
 driving & support POV projects ( Saving Projects)
 Transporation end to end follow up for placement, Surveryers, return to shipping yard
Courier approval for Imports ( spares , parts Shipment etc.)
 Shipping line , CFS coordination as required
 Well versed with Customs , international incoterms & prcedures
 Analytical mind set
