Role – Showroom manager

Job Location – Mumbai (Andheri West)

Experience:  2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales management, ideally with luxury building materials, premium tiles, high-end sanitary ware, Premium bathware or lighting or luxury interior decor brands.

The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction to create an exceptional brand experience for the architects, interior designers, and high-end contractors aligned by the sales and BD team. Enhance in-store customer experience and showcase the product range to customers.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Pleasing personality.

·        Experience in dealing with high value clients/architects/designers.

·        Experience in managing premium spaces in terms of ambience and aesthetics.

·        Consultative Selling :  Greet walk-in clients, discover their design intent, and provide expert advice on technical features, layouts, and product selection.

·        B2B Networking :  Build and maintain strong relationships with local interior designers, luxury builders, and premium architects to secure project sales
