Job Overview
Poddar Pigments Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead sales and marketing of masterbatch products , drive business growth, and strengthen market presence across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sales strategy and business development for color and additive masterbatch products

Drive revenue growth and market expansion across key territories

Build and manage relationships with large plastic processors, OEMs, and key accounts
-
Identify new business opportunities and application areas
-
Provide technical-commercial solutions to customers (PP, PE, PET, PVC applications)
-
Manage and mentor sales teams and channel partners
-
Conduct market intelligence, competitor tracking, and pricing strategies
-
Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals
Candidate Profile
-
Graduate / Engineer in Polymer / Plastics / Chemical or relevant field
-
12–18 years of experience in plastics / masterbatch / polymer sales & marketing
-
Strong exposure to plastic processing industries (injection molding, extrusion, films, packaging, pipes)
-
Proven track record in team handling and business growth
-
Strong technical sales, negotiation, and leadership skills
Mandatory Requirement

Hands-on experience in Masterbatch / Polymer Compounding industry is compulsory
