Job Description – Loss Prevention (Retail & Warehouse Operations)

Experienced Loss Prevention professional with a strong background in managing security and asset protection across warehouses, dark stores, and retail environments . Currently handling operations across multiple distribution centers and store locations, ensuring effective risk management and loss control.

Key responsibilities include leading large teams of on-roll and off-roll staff, conducting risk assessments, audits, and fraud investigations , and implementing inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and operational losses. Skilled in analyzing inventory reports, identifying discrepancies, and strengthening internal controls.

Proven ability to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to security, health & safety (HSE), and regulatory requirements. Adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve security processes, and maintain high standards of asset protection.
