Role Details:

 

- Position: Manager / Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

- Location: Bangalore (Corporate Office)

- Reporting to: VP HR

- Team: Initial oversight of one recruiter, with future expansion into induction and employee engagement.

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts supporting our sales expansion and production efficiency. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and develop a strong employer brand. Proven experience in sales hiring is required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top candidates for sales, marketing, and dealer network management, as well as manufacturing roles as required.

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop innovative sourcing strategies through agencies, industry networks, and campus hiring.

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads across Sales, Production, and HR to address staffing needs.

- Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to position the company as a premier employer within the industry.

- Metrics & Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze hiring effectiveness and provide data-driven reports.

- Industry Knowledge: Maintain expertise in competencies specific to product-based companies, with proven experience in recruitment for both manufacturing and sales/marketing functions.
