Job Responsibilites:-

Plan, Design and implement entire IT Infrastructure for Plant as well as for Sales and Marketing Office

• Strategies, plan, develop and implement the company’s IT budget and infrastructure plan. IT budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) & plan allocations to various quarters and meet Annual Operation Planning.

• Evaluate user need and system functionality.

• Introduce and install new system upgrades and security backups for hardware and software systems.

• Implement the CCTV project for Security surveillance as well as for plant operations, their Web Access over Mobile through Mobile apps.

• Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.

• Engaging with senior management for strategy planning & business reviews

• Plan and Implement Bio Matrix Attendance system, IPABX, Video Conference etc.

• Plan and execute a special project of Unmanned Weigh Bridges systems with SAP integration and completed it successfully

• Implement Backup System for Users and Database on NAS.

• Manage entire IT Infrastructure, OFC Network & IT Security up to 100% uptime.

• Manage, control and monitor the installation, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, i.e. data, voice network, desktops and communication systems.

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

• Installation and maintenance of Domain Server, Antivirus Server and services like Active Directory, WSUS services and ensure its uptime.

• Installation and maintenance of Firewall, VLAN on L3 Switch etc.

• Implementation of GPO to give the best services and security to end users.

• Ensure that all the facilities meet the needs of the end user with appropriate advice & support.

• Adhere the software licensing laws.

• Oversee troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provide expert support whenever necessary.

• Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products. • Ensure that company assets are well maintained, Updated and upgraded with the latest Technologies. • Ensure the continuous business operations through contingency planning and implementation and integrity through security administration. Provide management support for the 24 x 7 shop.

• Responsible for the overall direction, planning and control of all aspects related to the Information Technology (IT) department and its functions - i.e. systems development if applicable, security and control, network and communications and end-user systems support.

• Guarantee the supply of professional IT expertise required by the organization that is motivated to pursue common goals with the business.

• Vendor Management and vendor payouts pertaining to all location requirements.

• Procurement of IT material and services, negotiation with vendors.

• Setup, overall maintenance and monitoring of IT Infrastructure network (LAN/WAN) connected with Domain, Mail Server, Firewall, Windows Machines, CCTV, Video Conference, Attendance System, Wireless AP, Printer/Plotter and UPS etc. for Plant and entire group.

• Administrate and manage all logistics and technical issues of external IT Service Provider for WAN connectivity
