TA Lead
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the
recruitment strategy for our organization. This position is designed to
enhance the candidate experience and elevate our employer brand by utilizing
innovative sourcing techniques and fostering a collaborative hiring
environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with
organizational goals and culture.

Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to
optimize their effectiveness and growth.

Utilize data-driven insights to measure recruitment success and identify
areas for continuous improvement.

Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure
alignment on hiring needs and expectations.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient
processes from sourcing to onboarding.

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process
to create a diverse workforce.

Engage with external partners, agencies, and job boards to expand our talent
pool and enhance our outreach efforts.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment,
with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven ability to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies and
tactics.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
educate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the
ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in using social media and other online platforms for recruiting
purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.

Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of data analytics and metrics-driven approaches to recruitment
success.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment projects effectively.
