Job Responsibilities:-

Drive end-to-end business development — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure — with an unrelenting focus on revenue targets.

▸ Be relentlessly on-ground and on your toes — client meetings, cold calls, walk-ins, networking events — wherever the next opportunity is hiding.

▸ Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; keep the sales MIS razor-sharp, updated, and audit-ready at all times.

▸ Create compelling dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports that turn raw numbers into a story leadership can act on.

▸ Design and deliver sharp business proposals and client presentations that sell the value, not just the service.

▸ Master the art of selling intangible, trust-driven services — translating capability into client confidence.

▸ Negotiate commercials and contracts with the finesse to protect margins while keeping clients delighted.

▸ Own the full sales cycle — from first handshake to signed mandate to relationship handover — with zero balls dropped.

▸ Represent the brand with polish — sharp presentation, confident body language, and a stance that commands the room.

▸ Track competitor movement, market intelligence, and pricing trends to keep the pitch a step ahead of the market.

▸ 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition — services industry background preferred.

▸ Fire in the belly — a genuine hunger to hunt targets, chase numbers, and win, even when the odds look tough.

▸ Outstanding communication skills — verbal, written, and non-verbal — with the ability to read a room and adapt on the fly.

▸ Sharp business acumen — understands markets, client pain points, and how to position a solution that sticks.

▸ Hands-on comfort with MIS, dashboards, CRM tools, and Excel/PowerPoint — data-backed selling, not guesswork.

▸ Persuasive, high-conversion negotiation skills — knows when to hold the line and when to sweeten the deal.

▸ Impeccable grooming and power dressing — first impressions are currency, and you spend it well.

▸ A go-getter attitude — self-driven, target-obsessed, and comfortable with a fast-paced, feet-on-street environment.
