Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments) and Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections) .
Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.
Process sales and purchase invoices accurately.
Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for accounting-related matters.
Prepare MIS reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) .
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience in Bank Reconciliation .
Knowledge of GST, TDS , and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any ERP system.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

2–5 years of experience in core accounting.
Exposure to manufacturing accounts will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
