ICA Pidilite is a 50-50 joint venture formed in November 2016 between Italy's ICA Group and India's Pidilite Industries Ltd.. It specializes in high-end Italian wood coatings and finishes for furniture and interiors, combining Italian design with Indian market expertise. They offer premium products including PU finishes, polishes, and specialized coatings for exteriors and interiors.

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background from the furniture industry preferably from wood coatings. Currently the candidate should be directly/indirectly involved with the furniture industry; Abrasives, Jeevan jor etc. Experience of OEM sales & B2B sales is must. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer engagement, technical support, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Apply technical expertise in wood coating processes using spray guns for furniture applications
Maintain regular follow-ups with Paint Booth Teams and Purchase Departments at OEM factories
Build and nurture relationships within the furniture industry to generate new business leads
Coordinate effectively between clients and distributors to ensure smooth operations
Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Understand and address client requirements with tailored coating solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in OEM & B2B, preferably in the Wood Coatings & Wood Furnishing sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and distributor coordination
Familiarity with various wood finishes (PU, melamine, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Attributes

Technical diploma or certification in surface finishing or industrial coatings
Experience in sales or client servicing roles within the furniture or coatings industry
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented personality
