Jewellery Designer

Job Summary:

The Jewellery Designer at Titan Company LTD plays a crucial role in enhancing the brand image by crafting unique design languages that resonate with our vision. This position involves thorough market and consumer research to translate insights into captivating jewellery designs, primarily for the Mia by Tanishq and International Business Division of Tanishq.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive market and consumer research to understand trends and customer requirements.
Create innovative product designs based on design stories and marketing input.
Adhere to the design calendar by delivering a specified number of designs and collections on time.
Collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team for effective prototyping.
Generate compelling content for marketing, visual merchandising, and learning & development teams to support new product launches.
Engage with various departments including Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, and ISCM to ensure the relevance of designs.
Drive innovation to improve the product portfolio and solve existing design problems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from NIFT/NID or other relevant institutes.
3-4 years of experience in jewellery design, manufacturing, and new product development.
Proficient in the necessary design software to translate concepts into final designs.
Experience in customized jewellery design is preferable.
Willingness to travel outstation for work-related tasks.
Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to take ownership of projects and tasks assigned.
