Job Overview
The Manager – Centre Manager – VFS Global Academy will be responsible for
collaborating with the Head of Learning & Development to drive training
initiatives that foster employee development and contribute to the
organisation's growth and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description
B2C (Student Enrolments)
-
Drive student acquisition for VFSGA’s certification programmes in Jaipur
and Rajasthan

Execute marketing and outreach campaigns to generate leads and convert
inquiries into enrolments.

Develop the admission channel partner (ACP) network across the state.

Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless
student experience.
B2B (Corporate and CSR Tie-ups):
-
Identify and build partnerships with corporates for workforce training,
placements, and CSR-funded skill initiatives in Rajasthan & Gujarat.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to corporate requirements.

Manage ongoing relationships and ensure timely execution and reporting of
CSR projects.
B2G (Government Partnerships):

Liaise with government departments and skill development bodies in
Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Identify opportunities under state and central schemes related to skilling
and employment.

Draft proposals and support documentation for tenders, EoIs, or MOUs with
government agencies.
Regional Business Oversight:

Manage business development for both Jaipur and Ahmedabad Academies.

Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities across cities and sectors.

Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance insights to
leadership.
Sustainability:
- Promote judicious use of natural resources.

Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies,
objectives, and guidelines.
Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the
ABMS manual.

Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in
business practices.

Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various

Education
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field.
Experience
5–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in education,
skilling, or CSR/government project management.
