CA-Corporate Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai

Following are the requisite qualifications of the CA

1.      3-5 years of experience in the Corporate Finance – consolidation team

2.      Knowledge of Ind AS (required).

3.      Good at Excel, Power Point and word (required)

4.      Working Knowledge of SAP, GST and Direct tax ( optional)

5.      Based out of Mumbai (required)

The role of the above person would be to assist in :-

a.       Compiling the Financials data for consolidation from various subsidiaries and Joint ventures

b.       Preparing a monthly/ yearly Consolidated Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account( CFS)

c.       Upload of CFS in RIL

d.      Preparation of MIS of various subsidiaries & JVs for submission to Top management and RRL/ RIL

e.       Preparation of monthly/ yearly Variance Analysis

f.         Consolidation of various Notes to Accounts

g.       Collation of and Submission of Adhoc requirements and details required by RRL/ RIL
