Nexion Surfaces Private Limited is the only  design in Italy and made in India  manufacturer of sintered stone slabs in the most premium segment of the ceramic market in India, is seeking for a dynamic and motivated personnel to manage Architect Events & Exhibitions under Marketing department (Ahmedabad Location-HO) with minimum 6-8 years of experience (Male Candidate).

Job Description:

This is a corporate role , based at the Head Office at Ahmedabad - Primary responsibility is to plan & execute Architects Events & Exhibition. This will serve as a liaison between the central and regional teams to facilitate the coordinate for successful execution of regional and national events. This role demands excellent coordination, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and support the successful execution of regional and national events related to marketing, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities at various platforms of Architects & Interior Designers.  

·        Act as a bridge between the central marketing team and regional marketing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the design and execution of events & exhibitions.

·        Demonstrate excellent coordination skills to manage events timelines, resources, and various stakeholders involved in event planning & execution.

·        Use analytical skills to manage and analyse events, providing insights for continuous improvement & data management of Architects generated during the events.

·        Create presentation on time to time basis for Architect events.

·        Stay adaptable and responsive to changes in project requirements, industry trends, and market dynamics to ensure events & exhibitions remain effective.

·        Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.

·        Work closely with the marketing team, providing support and contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·           Proven work experience in event management, preferably from Building Construction Industry or from allied industry like Fashion Industry, Furniture & Furnishing Industry or from Event Management agencies    

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to keep calm under pressure

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong team member with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·        Creative thinking and a proactive approach in critical situation & problem-solving

·        This is a corporate/ national level role - Candidate should be open for extensive travelling
