About the Role

Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) is looking for high-energy, entrepreneurial professionals to build and scale the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers & Institutions) channel.

This is a unique opportunity to set up a business from the ground up , drive market expansion, and play a key role in RCPL’s growth journey across India.

Key Responsibilities

·        Establish and develop the HoReCa channel in the assigned territory

·        Identify, onboard, and manage hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional clients

·        Drive sales volume and revenue growth

·        Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels

·        Ensure efficient supply chain management and product availability

·        Identify market opportunities and execute expansion strategies

Candidate Profile

·        Experience in FMCG / HoReCa / B2B sales

·        Strong network in hotels/restaurants/institutions (preferred)

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Self-driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
