🔹 Skills & Competencies:

Sales & Channel Management:

Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales models.
Expertise in managing distributors, retailers, and partners.
Ability to set up and scale new channels and retail outlets.
Knowledge of trade schemes, margins, and inventory planning.

Retail Operations:

Hands-on experience with store formats (COCO/FOFO/franchise models).
Visual merchandising knowledge and retail audits handling.
Driving in-store promotions and customer experience initiatives.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

Market mapping and gap analysis capabilities.
Data-driven approach to decision-making and sales forecasting.
Competitor analysis and territory planning.

Team Management & Leadership:

Ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales teams.
Performance monitoring and target achievement.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Communication & Relationship Building:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management abilities.
